Effective October 11, 2026
Terms of Service
1. Parties, eligibility, and agreement
These Terms govern the Knock-King website and application (“Service”) provided by Knock King Company, 3725 Thistledown Ct., Reno, NV 89512 (“Knock-King,” “we,” “us”). “Customer” means the business or individual subscribing to the Service; “users” includes its administrator and authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. A person accepting for a business represents that they have authority to bind it.
These Terms apply when accepted through signup or another affirmative acceptance process. Merely viewing this page does not constitute acceptance. A separately signed agreement controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with these Terms; a signed data-processing agreement controls applicable personal-data processing obligations.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate information, use individual credentials, and keep administrator and billing contacts current. The Customer manages user access, assignments, permissions, and the removal of former personnel. Do not share one paid login among multiple people or circumvent seat billing. You are responsible for authorized users’ compliance and for activity caused by your failure to protect credentials or devices, to the extent within your reasonable control. Report unauthorized access promptly.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your lawful internal business activities during your subscription. We retain ownership of the Service, branding, software, and related intellectual property. No source-code rights are granted.
3. Price, seats, trial, and renewal
The standard price is $19 USD per active user per month, plus applicable tax, unless a separate written offer states otherwise. The administrator is one seat. For example, an administrator plus five active reps is six seats, or $114/month before tax.
Eligible new companies receive one shared 30-day trial beginning when their trial subscription starts. A payment method is required. Reps added during that period receive only the remaining company trial; adding a rep, replacing an administrator, or reopening an account does not entitle the company to a new trial. The dates shown at Checkout or in your billing information identify the applicable trial and billing schedule.
At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically becomes paid and renews monthly until canceled. By expressly authorizing the subscription at Checkout, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges and applicable taxes. Added seats after the trial may result in prorated charges. Seat removals, credits, and timing of quantity changes follow the billing terms disclosed in the Service and Checkout. We will not impose a changed price retroactively; material renewal-price changes require appropriate advance notice and any consent required by law.
4. Cancellation and billing questions
The administrator can use the Service’s billing portal to manage or cancel the subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid subscription charge; cancel before a renewal to avoid that renewal. Retain the cancellation confirmation and review the effective cancellation date shown in the portal. If the portal fails, contact support@knock-king.com promptly for help. A technical failure does not eliminate any cancellation rights required by law.
Unless required by law, expressly offered in writing, or needed to correct an erroneous charge, fees already paid are non-refundable and unused portions of a billing period do not automatically generate a refund. This does not limit statutory refund, dispute, or payment-provider rights. Contact us about a billing error so we can investigate. Failure to pay may result in suspension after appropriate notice, except where immediate action is permitted by law.
5. Customer data and lawful use
You retain your rights in the lead lists, notes, files, and other data you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and support that data in delivering the Service, following lawful instructions, and meeting legal obligations. This is not a license to sell your lead lists. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of Customer Data; required notices and permissions; your sales activities; and legal restrictions on solicitation, telemarketing, email, recording, location use, and contacting prospects. Imported data does not create permission to contact a person. Respect no-soliciting requests, property rights, opt-outs, and applicable do-not-contact rules.
Do not submit payment card numbers, government identifiers, protected health information, biometric templates, or other highly sensitive information. The Service is not intended for regulated healthcare data, emergency response, or other uses requiring a specialized compliance agreement we have not signed.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the Service to violate law or another person’s rights; harass or discriminate; upload malware; probe or exploit security weaknesses without written permission; access another company’s data; evade authentication or seat limits; overload or disrupt systems; misrepresent your identity; or reverse engineer the Service except where the restriction is prohibited by law. Do not use the Service to make unlawful inferences about sensitive personal characteristics.
7. Maps, previews, exports, and other services
Maps, addresses, suggested routes, and lead coordinates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Independently verify locations and follow road signs, property restrictions, and safe driving practices. The Service does not guarantee sales results, lead quality, travel times, or that any address is appropriate to visit. Customer-managed exports and third-party CRM imports may require column mapping and validation; they are not guaranteed automatic integrations.
Features labeled preview, beta, or experimental may change or be withdrawn and are not a commitment to deliver them on any schedule. Do not purchase based on an unreleased feature. Where available, route suggestions based on straight-line distance do not account for road networks or traffic. Offline edits remain at risk until successfully synced; device failure, clearing storage, conflicting edits, or loss of access can prevent synchronization. Maps may require an internet connection.
Hosting, authentication, mapping, payment, and external navigation services are supplied in part by third parties. Their outages or changes may affect the Service. Third-party terms apply to your direct use of those services. Nothing in this section disclaims our own non-waivable responsibilities.
8. Security and incident responsibilities
We will use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the Service and the risks involved. No system is completely secure, and we do not warrant that the Service will never suffer unauthorized access, disclosure, corruption, loss, or interruption. This limitation is not a waiver of our statutory security duties.
The Customer must use strong unique credentials, secure devices, restrict access to authorized personnel, maintain current contact information, and promptly notify us of suspected account compromise. Do not store company data on a public or untrusted device. Administrators should periodically review permissions and export important records where permitted; customer backups supplement, rather than replace, our legal obligations.
We may temporarily limit access when reasonably necessary to contain a threat. For a security incident affecting Customer Data, we will investigate and provide notices and cooperation required by applicable law and any signed data-processing agreement. Customers must cooperate with reasonable remediation steps and fulfill notification duties legally allocated to them. A notice, investigation, or remedial action is not an admission of liability. Nothing here excuses required notification, reasonable security, legally required assistance, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Suspension, termination, and data return
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, nonpayment, legal requirements, or a credible security risk. We will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure where appropriate; urgent threats or legal restrictions may require immediate action. You may stop using the Service and cancel under section 4. We will give reasonable advance notice if discontinuing the Service, except when law or urgent circumstances prevent it.
Export needed records before access ends where possible. Contact support about return or deletion of Customer Data; applicable law and any signed agreement govern required assistance. We do not promise indefinite retention after termination. Deletion, backups, and legal retention are addressed in the Privacy Policy. Termination does not eliminate accrued payment obligations or rights and duties intended to survive, including data handling, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
10. Warranty disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Except for express commitments in a signed agreement and non-excludable legal obligations, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation, perfect data accuracy, complete security, or any particular business outcome. This clause does not override express security or privacy obligations or warranties and consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOCK-KING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. To the extent permitted by law, this exclusion also covers consequential losses arising from data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOCK-KING’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES THE CUSTOMER PAID TO KNOCK-KING FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE FIRST EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100. Multiple claims arising from the same or related events do not multiply that limit. Subject to the exceptions below, the limit includes claims relating to security incidents, unauthorized access, and loss or disclosure of Customer Data.
Exceptions: these exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where limitation is prohibited, or any liability or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not waive mandatory security or breach-notification obligations, bind regulators, or restrict a third party’s rights without that party’s valid agreement. A signed agreement may specify different limits. If applicable law does not permit a stated limit, it applies only to the extent that law permits.
The permitted limits allocate commercial risk reflected in the subscription price; they do not eliminate all data-breach exposure.
12. Customer indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the Customer will defend Knock-King against third-party claims arising from Customer Data supplied unlawfully, the Customer’s unlawful solicitation activities, or the Customer’s material violation of these Terms, and pay resulting damages and reasonable costs finally awarded or agreed in an authorized settlement. This duty applies only to the extent caused by the Customer or its authorized users, not to the extent caused by Knock-King’s breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or security failures.
We must provide prompt notice (with delay excused unless materially prejudicial), reasonable cooperation at the Customer’s expense, and reasonable control of the defense, subject to conflicts of interest. No settlement may admit our fault, impose non-monetary duties, or fail to release us without our written consent, not unreasonably withheld.
13. Disputes and general provisions
Before filing a claim, either party may contact the other to seek a practical resolution. Doing so does not waive urgent relief, statutory deadlines, small-claims rights, or the right to contact a regulator. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except payment obligations already incurred and obligations that cannot legally be excused. A security incident is not automatically such an event. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or severed only as necessary and the rest remains in effect to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and applicable signed agreements form the agreement on this subject.
14. Changes and contact
We may propose updates to these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice, and affirmative consent will be obtained where required. Changes do not retroactively reduce accrued rights or apply to earlier disputes without valid agreement. The effective date of this version is October 11, 2026.
